The Dugri App needed to be positioned as the ultimate app for hospitals and emergency response organizations to deploy to pandemic-stricken veterans and first responders battling PTSD.

Although the main audience was B2B, we also saw the opportunity for some B2C outreach. So, the Yellow House social team got to work, creating viral TikToks that addressed the needs of app users directly.

Yellow House overhauled messaging to speak directly to the target audiences in a language they recognized. We also expanded their branding library, crafting dazzling collateral and pitch materials, while giving their website a well-deserved facelift.

Solution

Yellow House designer Sarai Nunez created a new library of digital illustrations while our CEO Jessica Van Sack revamped the messaging for B2B.

On social media, social media strategists Meredith Jones and Alana Parks worked with our content creators to generate highly shareable TikToks which reached hundreds of thousands of first responders organically with zero ad spend.

To promote the app, Digital Solutions Director Biljana Ilic architected a killer iOS App Store search ad campaign.

Meanwhile, our then-coordinator Jen Figueroa spearheaded an on-site conference activation plan and nurtured leads in person for our client.

On a parallel track, we overhauled the Dugri App’s website and created distinct customer journeys for two separate audiences, B2B and B2C.

Our all-hands-on-deck effort paid off for this client, dovetailing with several new hospital partnerships and opportunities. From TikToks to custom landing pages, Yellow House provided a truly in-house marketing experience to support a team that needed to focus on a larger, important mission. With a cohesive visual and brand strategy, Yellow House helped Dugri gain steady ground in a complex and challenging market.
