With the goal of targeting Manhattan snowbirds, Yellow House devised an automated multimedia lead generation campaign that delivered leads in real time to the 5 sales agents assigned to sell out the building.

Yellow House produced a full funnel journey for prospects from first touchpoint to purchase. Media included mesmerizing drone videography, night-lapses and gorgeous photography paired with the right messaging. Yellow House created an advertising ecosystem through AI that captured web traffic and created multiple audiences and ads customized to those audiences.

Using custom automations, Yellow House created a multimedia campaign series which delivered qualified leads in real-time to sales agents.
