In 2016, this family-owned local Miami restaurant approached us for an update and rebrand of their legacy establishment. What started as a simple rebranding project evolved into a close partnership with RICE Kitchen, encompassing all aspects of communication and marketing for this thriving restaurant.
We assisted in the launch of their flagship store, Rice Mediterranean Kitchen, located in Coral Gables. Over the course of 3 years, we supported the opening of two additional locations in South Miami and Edgewater.
Solution
Our collaboration resulted in notable achievements: securing a feature in a local cookbook showcasing the best of Miami cuisine, hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Giralda location attended by the mayor of Coral Gables, and successfully raising over $1,000 for Habitat for Humanity on the opening day of their Edgewater establishment.
